Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. Once your order is handed off to our shipping carrier, it will be in transit to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.

The estimated delivery time depends on your location once the package is dispatched. Please see the estimated delivery times for your country:

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is your responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information can lead to processing delays or order cancellation. If any system-detected issues arise with your address, we will email you to confirm details within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delayed Delivery
At Magnnuss, we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier issues, severe weather, or transit disruptions. In such cases, we will do our best to work with the courier to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible.

Occasionally, there may also be delays in processing your order due to product availability, address verification, or payment issues. We will notify you promptly if any issues arise that could delay your order.

Please note that Magnnuss cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We will keep you updated on your order's status and assist with any issues that may occur.


Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen after it is handed over to our courier partners, please contact us at hello@magnnuss.com. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will assist you as best we can.

We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim if your package is lost or stolen. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf to resolve the issue. In some cases, if the package cannot be found or delivered, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
