Cancellation Policy

Please note that any order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order will likely be in the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate changes. If your order is canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We package our products with great care to prevent any damage during shipping. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken upon arrival. Please note that packaging damage, such as dented boxes, does not qualify as damage if the product inside is unaffected.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Send an email to hello@magnnuss.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the issue and, if eligible, send a replacement at no cost to you. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged through regular wear and tear, misuse, or normal use.

Shipping and Delivery

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as courier issues, customs delays, or other shipping problems. For issues with delivery, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If the address provided is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
